Opening and closing of office
Maintaining cleanliness of the Office/Buildings
Management of Office equipment
Handling internal/external communication.
Managing clerical/other administrative staff like Receptionist/Cleaning staff/other Admin staffs.
Maintenance of Company, records, renewals i.e., Licenses, Insurance, Utilities etc
Manage cafeteria

Maintenance & Repairs within respective office premises and staff residences.
Responsible for Managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation
matters within the organization.
Be able to efficiently manage a team of drivers and vehicles and coordinate route plans.

company policies and maintain discipline with office premises
Ensuring all stock/property/assist/cash movement is with proper documentation and systems
